Dependant’s Pass / DP

The Dependant’s Pass allows eligible family members of qualifying work pass holders to live in Singapore. It is commonly used for legally married spouses and unmarried children under 21 years old of eligible EP and S Pass holders.

Strategic Advantages

A family relocation route for spouses and children of qualifying Singapore work pass holders.

Eligibility & Application

We assess the main pass holder's pass type, salary level, employer sponsorship, family relationship, and required supporting documents. We help prepare marriage certificates, birth certificates, adoption documents where relevant, translations, application forms, and renewal timing.

Family & Residence Planning

DP supports family unity, schooling, relocation planning, and longer-term settlement considerations for qualifying families in Singapore. DP holders who wish to work in Singapore generally need appropriate work authorisation, and specific Letter of Consent routes may apply in limited situations.

Unified Execution

We manage the full DP journey from family eligibility review to practical onboarding — including main pass alignment, document preparation, application filing, MOM card registration where required, Singpass setup guidance where applicable, local phone and bank account coordination, school or residence coordination, renewal tracking, and work authorisation review.

Family Integration

Dependant's Pass Application & Family Support

For EP and S Pass holders, MOM states that the main pass holder must hold an EP or S Pass, earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$6,000, and be sponsored by an established Singapore-registered company.
