We assess the applicant's salary history, future Singapore role, employer or company profile, leadership track record, international recognition, and outstanding achievement pathway where relevant. We help position the application with compensation evidence, professional credentials, business impact, achievement materials, and Singapore contribution narrative.
Family & Residence Planning
ONE Pass may support family relocation and longer-term Singapore residence planning for eligible applicants. Its flexibility can be particularly useful for senior individuals who intend to work across multiple companies, manage investments, serve in advisory roles, or build a Singapore-based business presence.
Unified Execution
We manage the full ONE Pass journey from profile assessment to practical onboarding — including evidence preparation, application coordination, family pass planning, company setup where relevant, directorship or advisory role planning, MOM card registration, Singpass setup guidance, local phone and bank account coordination, annual notification tracking, and long-term mobility planning.
ONE Pass Application & Positioning
Applicants may qualify by earning a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 for the 12 consecutive months before application, earning at least S$30,000 under a future Singapore employer, or demonstrating outstanding achievements in eligible sectors. For overseas salary-based applicants, MOM also considers whether the applicant worked for an established overseas company.
