The Personalised Employment Pass is for high-earning Employment Pass holders and eligible overseas foreign professionals. Unlike a standard EP, it is not tied to one employer and offers greater employment flexibility in Singapore.

Eligibility & Application
We assess the applicant's salary level, employment history, seniority, professional profile, overseas or Singapore employment status, and supporting income evidence against PEP requirements. We help organise salary documents, employment records, application forms, and ongoing PEP condition planning.
Family & Residence Planning
PEP holders may plan for family relocation through applicable dependant passes, subject to MOM requirements. A Singapore-based professional presence may also support PR-readiness and tax residency planning where the individual's stay, income, and circumstances meet applicable rules.

Personalised Employment Pass Advisory
MOM currently states that PEP applicants must earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$22,500. For overseas foreign professionals, the last drawn salary should generally be within the past six months before application.
