S Pass
The S Pass is Singapore’s work pass for mid-level skilled foreign employees. It is commonly used for technical, operational, supervisory, and skilled roles that may not fall within the EP framework.
Strategic Advantages
A practical Singapore work pass route for employers hiring mid-level skilled, technical, operational, and supervisory talent.
Eligibility & Application
We assess the candidate's salary, qualifications, work experience, job scope, employer quota availability, levy impact, insurance requirements, and sector-specific considerations. We help prepare candidate documents, employer support materials, application forms, and renewal planning.
Family & Residence Planning
Eligible S Pass holders who meet MOM's salary threshold may apply for Dependant's Passes for qualifying family members. A stable Singapore employment arrangement may also support longer-term residence planning, subject to applicable immigration and tax rules.
Unified Execution
We manage the full S Pass journey from eligibility review to practical onboarding — including quota and levy planning, application filing, payroll setup, medical insurance coordination, MOM card registration, Singpass setup guidance, local phone and salary bank account coordination, renewal tracking, and ongoing HR compliance.
S Pass Application & Quota Management
S Pass applications are subject to salary requirements, candidate profile assessment, employer quota, levy, insurance, and sector requirements. MOM currently states that S Pass candidates need to earn at least S$3,300 per month, with higher requirements for older candidates and the financial services sector. The minimum qualifying salary will increase to S$3,600 for new applications from 1 January 2027 and renewals expiring from 1 January 2028.
