Eligibility & Application
We assess the founder's business model, ownership structure, innovation profile, funding background, founder credentials, and business plan against EntrePass requirements. We help position the application with a clear commercial rationale, supporting documents, company setup planning, and renewal-readiness considerations.
Family & Residence Planning
Eligible EntrePass holders may apply for family passes subject to MOM's requirements on business spending and local job creation. A Singapore-based founder presence may also support longer-term residence and tax residency planning where the individual's stay and circumstances meet applicable rules.
Unified Execution
We manage the full EntrePass journey from application strategy to practical onboarding — including Singapore company incorporation, registered office, corporate secretary, business plan support, banking coordination, accounting and tax setup, MOM card registration, Singpass setup guidance, local phone and bank account coordination, renewal tracking, and ongoing work pass compliance.
EntrePass Application & Venture Setup
EntrePass applicants must have started, or intend to start, a Singapore private limited company registered with ACRA. The pass holder must hold at least 30% of the company, and the business must be venture-backed or own innovative technologies.
